Willow: Hey… this is total shiitake.

Glacier: Couldn’t agree more.

Willow: What do you say we get out of here? We have a porch swing out back.

Glacier: Yes, please.

Eyelet: Our wonderful son, Glacier, will continue on our namesake.

Glacier: Hurray…

Aster: We cannot tell you how grateful we are that your son is generously taking on the Puff name.

Arctic: It’s a great honor, Aster.

Casper: It will be a pleasure to be a Puff, sir.

Ivory: But what of the Beech name?

Aster: There’s the girl of the hour! Where have you been?

Ivory: We just had to talk for a while. Nothing important.

Aster: Well, then. Come sit, come sit.

Ivory: I understand that you don’t want this, but it’s something we all have to do. Your father needs you to do this. I… need you to do this, too.

Marshmallow: Ok…

Ivory: Thank you. Now let’s go and try to talk to your fiancé.

Ivory: You know, I used to think like that when I was your age. But then I put on the necklace and saw the importance of it all. I’m happy knowing I’m part of such an important family. You have the necklace, too. This man is generous enough to take on the Puff name so your children will continue our dynasty. 

Marshmallow: I know, but can’t I choose my relationships myself?

Ivory: Listen, dear. I know this is all a bit sudden and hard to get used to, but you’ll be happy in no time.

Marshmallow: Happy? You mean, married to someone I don’t even know? Forced to have children with him? I don’t think that’s something to be happy about.
