The way Dad looked at Mom, I can’t describe it. It was like a thousand stars lit up in his eyes.
But Mom and Dad stole the show.
Even Caramel was good enough to sit through the wedding.
Everyone was there. Even Grandpa and Grandma. And Great Uncle Citron. All the way from Windenburg!
I know this, because my sister and I were there. Pretty little flower girls in pretty little dresses.
Mom and Dad have been ready for this day for forever. I’ve never seen them happier in all of my life.
The wedding was wonderful.
